25 GB/month of data transfer is not quite enough because my sites tend to be very popular but the 24 hour toll-free phone support is very convenient for me because I tend to work on my web sites at night.

The “enhanced” plan includes MySQL - but it’s a crippled implementation.

Worse, no phone support is provided for MtSQL! The plan is called “Small Business”, but how any small business could afford to wait 4 days to have their database problems fixed through email communication is a mystery to me.
