I found that most of the time thier reply took too damn long and I would have to reply to their reply and ask them to dumb it up a little for me. I'm more of a graphics guy than a technical computer guy. Whatnott has helped me via AIM when I have needed answers "fast and in laymons terms." This is the reason I use them and tell my friends to do the same. I have no complaints todate and do recommend their services. I have used other host in the past and have needed help.
