I’ve been using this company for about 3 years now and have not yet been disappointed. Once I even called at 2am for tech support and somebody picked up right away and helped me.
Really bad customer service. I mean REALLY bad. They lie to you then do not return phone calls or emails. They deleted my account even though they granted me an extension to pay my bill late. I lost all my data except of course my backups on my hard drive.
