We-host has almost no support. They disconnected all email addresses, probably so customers would have nowhere to complain. And they’ve now billed us for 12 months for a hosting plan that was disconnected in October. At least three similar complaints were filed with the BBB. Avoid them.
After 2 years of using their service with no or little help from them if you could contact them. We cancelled the domain adn expired teh hosting. They had billing issues in the 2004 or so. Got severals emails saying i owe them, which is false and they continue to send them with added on more money. All info is being sent to legal advice to stop there harassments. Don’t use them reporting them to BBB and others
They have stolen control of my domain and answer ZERO emails. They continue to take orders but give no customer service.
Avoid at all costs.
