About the service, both uptime and performance has been excellent. Support, Rus has alot of patience and takes care of it's customers. The most important thing to note here is that you are not a number he takes the time to take you through all steps and explains them as well. Pricing is very competitive and services / packages are added regularly. In fact since i've been with them they have added a free backup location. They give you an extra shells located somewhere else for debugging purposes. Overall highly recommended.
