Like some others, I have had the experience that my web site went down for no apparent reason, and in almost a week I have been unable to get any response from them. I intend to change hosts immediately — can’t afford that! (Until this incident they seemed very good — nexpensive, well-laid-out)
Support is horrible – get short incomplete answers to problems – e-mail only no one to call – my web page is down and it is costing me a fortune and I cant get any credible help from them.
I cannot publish to the server. I made that very clear in my e-mail to them. They write back to me: What seems to be the problem? Idiots! That’s what the technical support team is!
