I’m pretty sure that this host runs their service from their living room. If my site is down, and I call them, it’s always because a technician is ‘installing patches on the server’. If the guy?s wife or ?secretary? answers the phone, when she says ?let me put you on hold?, she covers the phone and calls her husband, or ?technician?.
The server usually runs fine. I’ve come to realize that there’s no such thing as 99.9999% uptime. Every host I?ve used has let me down. I don’t always get my questions answered through the control panel unless I mark it as ‘site down’. I noticed a while ago that if I wrecked my server through bad server side programming, I also wrecked the host’s website. Yeah, they’re probably working on only one server in their house.
The pricing is decent. You get what you pay for. Overall, this host overall is just okay.
