An overall disappointment, waste of time, energy and money. Company lacks basic customer service skills. The owner Kathy is unexperienced in dealing with customer’s issues. Unprofessional. Lack of appreciation for customers and businesses. The owner even stated that one $9.95 customer wont effect her when she has 10-thousand customers. A very rotten and poor attitude. Consistant downtime and crashes, even as bad as losing my entire website and resulting in having to re-upload my entire website again and again. Very unorganized. Lost my contact info, so they claim, and were not able to reach me over a very important matter concerning my account!! My info is on my website, why they did not look there I DON’T GET IT. Owner, Kathy resorts to name calling, insulting and hanging up the phone like a little child when a situation arises. She cannot handle her position or any problems and a $9.95 per month customer is not worth her time. HER EXACT WORDS. PLEASE beware of this company. Very bad business manners. BEWARE!!!!

I found this company extremely easy to deal with. I have spoken to the owners of the company on serveral occasions and they have always been extremely accessable as well as willing to install perl modules and rpms that were not already on their server so that I can use the software that I want to use on my web site. I have recommended them to at least 5 of my friends and they have all been very happy with the customer support and service.

I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely wonderful service. Tech support has been almost immediate with all my questions answered with the patience of a saint. I’ve personally dealt with both of the owners and they are friendly, knowledgable and very professional.

I didn’t experienced downtime problems.

Support allways responded to my mails in less than 24 hours (in the order of 2-6 hours) and have been helpfull even with a 5$/month package.
