It is hard to get a password you will remember, but after that it is a great host.

Not one problem…….. Comes with many free programs in the Scripta interface…

Good host. No downtime and cheap prices.

Service often was unhelpful. Site was down two weeks because of no DDOS protection.

Had very minimal downtime, m ost of it was caused by me forgetting to set nameservers right, etc. Prices are awesome. Every support ticket answered within 5 minutes and the problem sorted out immediately. Was originally hosted on the shared server Opti, then the reseller server Pass14, now have a dedicated serer with them. Plan to use Surpass for years and years to come.
