Dominick Radominski { Customer for less than 3 months}

Althought the space and features are wonderful, their uptime has been near 40%. Some of the feature problems I encountered were: erasure of databases, flaky SSH acccess, downtime and loss of email addresses. Their customer support is great for 2 second temp fixes, but this is not a solution

Despite of high hopes and optimism regarding this web host, I must say I am not a happy camper at the moment. I moved my web site from their affiliated Adfreehosting.net over to Surfspeedy.com’s servers. However, although they seemed to be great in the beginning, their service is starting to slack off considerably. I am wondering if there might have been a change of leadership within the company. There are numerous unresolved serious problems with the DNS Name Servers. My web site has been down for over 56 hours, and is still not displaying on the Internet as I type this rating. Telephone service and live chat is okay, the staff is courteous, and at least making a serious effort to appear knowledgeable. Support ticket response is 24 hours with responses that seem “generic”.

This host definetly sucks they give a excelent service the firts 3 monts but have mail problems, server problems, cpanel version problems, wHM integraion problems, and backup problems I think that was and error.

I cant put my realdata because i am in the moving process.

If you are reading this, stay far away form surfspeedy.com. Granted, the first year was great. I barely had any problems at all. But recently I purchased an add-on domain, and it all went down hill from there. The server would mess up every single day, and to make matters worse, customer service was HORRID! I would send in a ticket, to tell them the site was down. And they would always respond with, “it’s working find for us over here.” Which, I knew was a lie.

I am currently still hosted by them at this moment, and my site is still not working. As soon as my site gets back up, I’m moving it to another host. I can’t take the bad customer service, 99.9% DOWNtime (not uptime), and numerous other hair pulling problems.

In fact, they should change their slogan from “Worry Free Hosting” to “Worry all the time Hosting.” Horrible, horrible hosts.

I cannot BELIEVE that I stayed with this company for so long. They have positively the WORST customer service of any company of any type that I have ever experienced…bar NONE. When I submitted a complaint to management via a link they provided for that purpose, things got WORSE, not better.

After trying for several days to get through to them on the phone (I was NEVER able to get a response from their online chat), I submitted a support ticket complaining of this. They asked for my number so they could contact me. They didn’t. I submitted it again. And again. They kept telling me that they had tried and tried to get me on the phone but they couldn’t get through. That was a bold-faced lie. NO ONE has EVER had a problem getting through on my cell phone and that includes my sister-in-law calling for my wife from BANGLADESH.

A couple of weeks ago, I got a notice from them that they were jacking their price for my package up by 50%. FIFTY PERCENT. That was it. I’ve changed to what I HOPE will be a much better service. AMF, Surfspeedy.
