whatever you don’t get stuck with these guys. technical support is unreachable. you are assigned a limited number of three “tickets” to make a “case” for support a month, which may or may not get answered depending on the weather. don’t even try calling.
probably the worst company i’ve ever dealt with for anything.

For the price and my needs they’re great. Support can take up to a day to respond, but problems have been rare. For my current needs that’s fine.

Can’t reach anyone by phone. Live support? What a joke! Will leave hanging and times out that is if you can even get through in the first place. Think you’ll never need support? Think again. Worst decision I’ve ever made.
