Boxes are oversold to the point that if you try to use a feature you are paying for they must move you to another box. Battery Backups only good for 30 mins or less. Really low class operation here folks. Everytime there is a inclement weather, hurricane or tornado expect downtime. Their hardware is crappy. Server has to be crawling before they will put 512MB RAM in it. Hope you dont need more.
