By no means is this libel, I have everything to back up my claims against Ivan, E/O Networks & ServerTweak. The company is built on shady business practices. Their network is decent, not the best but they are ok. Forget about it if something goes down because they are slow to respond. It might take 3-4 emails before receiving a response. Although I cannot post all the details of what happened, I would simply advise you *never* to enter into any terms with this business. I only hope to see this company go out of business as it will save anyone thinking of using them a lot of unnecessary headaches. I have experienced with various of hosts before however i found servertweak support and service has been the top. Extremely friendly and dedicated support staff. Response times are excellent. They do mean it when they gave you their guaranteed. It doesn't get any better than any hosts! I recommend them 100% I have to admit servertweak are doing a good job so far. I was skeptical at first, but after about 10 minutes I had 7 domains up and running with full email and ftp support, and thats 10 minutes from ordering the service! Others can take up to a week to set you up! I definetly recommend and plan on doing a lot of business with servertweak.com in the future. Finally, a host I like!
