R. Atkins { Customer for less than 3 months}

Worst support I’ve ever seen. I have had my system inaccessible for hours at a time over a dozen times in the last 2 months. When I get a response at all, it’s only to say “we’ve rebooted your box and it’s not working” and that’s it.(!)

I’m sitting here with 12 domains off the wire for 11 hours right now and they can’t even be bothered to give me a status update. I wonder sometimes if anybody even works there. They are cheap, but if you need your machine available at all, you’d better pray you never need more than a reboot.
