Great host and trust me I have shopped around and have had my disappointments and frustrations. Support is fast and responsive. Reliability is up there as well.

I find that what they offer and the support that you receive the price is just right. There are so many hosts out there that may have a better price but your business usually suffers because they have bad support, uptime and so on. Hope this helps someone in their decision?

There are very professionnal, but the fixed limits on the accounts are somewhat restrictive when you need a set-up that is somewhat different.

Great company, great support, great pretty much everything….. and thats my two cents.

Several 60+ minute outages a year. No communication with customers during/after outages. Will censor all facebook comments after outages.

Host with someone else.

Great company. FTK is just flaming review sites because he or she has the inability to read their policies in regards to facebook. In any case I have been with them for 8 years or so and they have been great. Don’t let a moron make you pass on a great host.
