The big flaw is customer support. Responsiveness and “getting it right the first time” are too unreliable to recommend this host for anyone with a business site.
I did the mistake of purchasing one of my domain names through onednr.com. That turned out to be a BIG mistake. I got it pretty cheap for 1 year, then when I wanted to renew I could only renew for 2 years at the time, and the price was outrageous! I ended up purchasing 5 years to get an acceptable price, but when I check WhoIs they have only given me 4 years! I have tried to have onednr update this for MONTHS now, and they still try to delay and make excuses for why it cannot be done. I am fed up with their terrible customer service and slow response. I warn everyone from ever having anything to do with this useless company.
I used to have the lease for itsourbusiness.com but could not contact them to update a change of address. Emails, phone-calls, snail mail. Nothing. Lost the domain and it was snapped up before I could pick it up after expiry by Enom who now want $1888 for it. My advice is to walk away. A costly mistake doing business with OneDNR.
