Problematic { Customer for less than 3 months}

I decided to give them a try. Big Mistake. I am very disappointed with this service. From day 1, getting things done was like pulling teeth. They never sent me their welcome email with all of my passwords, when they did, the passwords didn’t work. Their own system for setting up DSNs, doesn’t work. They just redesigned their site in the middle of all of this and I couldn’t login to their trouble ticket system. Even now, their ticket system gives me random error messages. If they were professional, they would have tested it first. This moring I tried calling them twice and got no answer, NOT EVEN A MACHINE! Currently my own site is denying me service, though it was working this morning (which is what prompted me to write this since I can’t finish developing my site).

Some other things. Their webstats aren’t too professional and their web-based email is horrible.

Basicly, you can tell I’m not too happy with them. Even though it is a cheap service, shouldn’t it at least work? Or perform basic hosting functions like letting you view your website?

This service is not recommended for web developers who have quality requirements and deadlines. Nexpoint will always let you down.

I have been using Nexpoint.net for all my hosting and email services since 1995 and they have offered excellent service…
Last week when all of a sudden my sites & their respective email services started to just drop off the globe…
Wednesday (8/22/2012) they just shut down everything and disapeared without any notice.

All my web sites… GONE
All my email… GONE

I have tried to search them down but all the phone number and web addresses I have for them don’t get answered.

Anyone got any ideas what happened to them? Going down like this means they broke there contract and now owe me money!

Have been a customer for 11 years. About a month ago, their service went down, and so did my website. I’ve lost considerable business as a result of this. Cannot reach them.
I’m really sick over this. Payed through April 2013.
