Beware of this company. The price is cheap but there is no customer support. Every time you call you get a voice mail and if you send them an email consider yourself lucky to get a response.

I own a computer consulting firm, I have lots of computer experience. I was having problems with our email so I called Netmart’s support number and somebody actually answered the phone. I very calmly asked the support guy on the phone if they were experiencing any problems with their email. This guy blew a fuse, he screamed at me, and told me that he doesn’t deal with idiots idiots and hung up in my face. He was on speakerphone and my partner overheard and thought that this guy must be nuts.

I used to refer clients to them, but after this next incident I will NOT be. A client called them to setup his domain name and to get his emails going. He left them a message but no one called back, he called them two days later and when he finally got through he asked why no one called him back? Their answer was “You are not even a customer yet and you are already complaining, you are an idiot and we don’t want your business, click!”.

If you enjoy being treated as though you are a burden and an idiot, then this is the right company for you. Otherwise, pay a little more elsewhere and steer clear of this place.


there customer service is very horrible. try calling him and he will cuzz @ you. if you have any technical problem they will not help you but scream @ you and hang up. trust me don’t get service through them. if you don’t believe me, do a search on the review of netmart hosting.

Shockingly bad service. No returned calls, no tech support and features that do not work. I would assume other reviewers just had an axe to grind but I can honestly say this comany is literally as bad as these people say. Avoid at all costs. It’s a competative market, you can easily find a bteer provider.

This is by far one of the worst hosts we have ever dealt with. Our control panel was all mesed up for half a year. They could never get it fixed. They have treatened me, sweared at me and yes called me an Idiot. There seems to be a rotating staff there of people who are actually good and someone who swears at you and calls you an idiot. Support clearly outsourced to a foreign company. In fact that’s the only word he seems to know…idiot. Oh and moron.

They survive purely on their pricing.

Beware of http://www.Netmart.com. We had a hosted a website with them for a year. The reliability of the server was very poor. The site we tried to host was used for storing contact information but was down whenever we needed to use it. So after a year we emailed them to cancel when we moved the site elsewhere. To our horror two years later we disovered they had just kept taking money from our credit card. Ill advize anyone who has ever had a hosting account with http://www.netmart.com to study their statements. I agree 100% with earlier pist about poor customer service. My advice is to avoid http://www.netwmart.com. We have since then found that every other hosting service we tried was better and http://www.netmart.com is proberbly among the worst

http://www.netmart.com. Appalling customer service. Ild recomend that any one who ever had a http://www.netmart.com hosting account and cancelled it shoudl check they are still not takinng money from thier credit cards years later.Relaibility was poor too

Believe it or not, Netmart has gotten worse. Some time ago, they apparently decided spam filtering wasn’t really necessary, so they dropped it without announcement. I’m an engineer myself, so rather than gripe, I built a spam filter locally that intercepts our mail. The logs showed service was spotty and frequently down on weekends. (I began to suspect the mail server was plugged into the light circuit.) In December, it got really bad. By the 21st, they were completely down–even the main site. For eight days, you’d get a page that said they anticipated another three hours of ‘essential maintenance’. As of 30 December, the three hour notice is finallyd down and replaced with an announcement to contact them at their regular support email address. That address is not included on the announcment.

I’ve given up on them and moved my services elsewhere. My site is still down while I locate my local backups, but after two weeks in the dark, I’ve finally got mail.

Don’t even consider Netmart!

I have been with them over 5 years and had few problems until the last 6 months or so! I agree their tech support has always been bad to none at all!

My web-site is up and running but I have been unable to update it for almost 2 months, all phones disconnected and e-mails unanswered!
