Natural_NUMber { Customer for 8 - 11 months}

Sheeeeeeeeeesh! Cancelling an account with mySiteSpace.com is like pulling teeth! I emailed them for 2 months, telling them to close my account. I knew they didn’t because my websites are still up. Right now I’m having to call up paypal and do a dispute resolution to get my charges back. I hope it works in my favor. I even did a whois on these guys and left a message on their machine to cancel my account a month ago!!!

Here is what they wrote me today. LOL!!:

I’m not sure what you should be more ashamed of – your prefessionalism or your websites – but it is with pleasure to say they have been cancelled.

Best of luck to you – you have no where to go but up!

I had a terrible experience with this host. The tech support was slow to respond, wrote jokes into the responses to the tickets, and were terrible at dealing with the security intrusions (yeah…they got hacked and didn’t handle it).

Besides the tech support, the web and pop services were constantly up and down. I had somewhere around 70% uptime on web and 75% uptime on pop3. This was unacceptable to me so I found another host.

I was with MySiteSpace for just under 30 days and did receive a full refund with minimal hassle (although I contacted 2Checkout to verify).

I agree with the previous reviewer, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, RESOURCES, OR MONEY WITH THIS HOST. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
