I have a very good expirience. A lot of extra options which help me with my e-commerce such as, Search engine monthly submition, free ssl, merchant credits etc.
I would recommend this host for any personal, small to mid size business that wants to have fast and reliable web hosting.
Have been hosting with them for a little over 2 years and didn’t experience any serious problems. Customer service responded on my questions within an hour and have provided me with online tutorials which I thought were pretty neat..
Great service and package offering. I didn’t realize that I am getting so many options, space and bandwidth which I won’t probably ever exceed. The customer service folks have helped me to install scripts and assisted me with the setup issues related to my web design & development.
Hah hah. Hristo Angelov and Jim T (Truong) are the CFO and VP of sales of Mochahost. If Craig Banshan is real, then mochahost REALLY sucks because his website is down.
But you see, this is how low these guys will stoop. They have negative reviews all over the internet, and San Jose Better Business Bureau has given them a D rating. Instead of taking care of business, they are here posting fake reviews of their own company!
Hello, I am a victim of Mochahost.com scam of bait-and-switch. They had offered unlimited bandwidth and hosting but what they did is after the payment settled, suspended my account, prevented access to my own files and data, and demanded me to pay more for an upgrade claiming I was using too much CPU. I had asked them for proof which they said they cannot provide that information. There is no way that my small websites could affect their CPU. I had then read online from other complaints that Mochahost had did the same scam on them. It’s a scam for certain. I am a victim of Mochahost.com and am currently contacting the Attorney General, BBB, Trust Guard since they place their symbols on their website and other agencies for their help. When I tried to solve this issue with Mochahost directly they had ignored me so I had then made a complaint with Paypal which I made payment. What Mochahost did was wait until the payment settled however Paypal is helping by putting a dispute on the payment. Please be warned about Mochahost.com. You can google “Mochahost.com complaints” to see other complaints about them. If you google “Mochahost.com review” you can also see more complaints however, please note that Mochahost.com also run some of their own review websites and write false reviews of their own company. Anyone who is also a victim of Mochahost’s fraud acts, you can try to contact the Attorney General in Santa Clara, the BBB, Trust Guard and email elawcase@gmail.com .
Me too have bad experience with Mochahost recently, I have been scammed. I order hosting plan with them, After I successfully pay them using credit card, they said they can’t process my order, when I check my bank account I found out that they already got the payment. I talk several times to them via email and they response really slow about 4 hrs to 24 hours. When I talk to their live person, they are not allowed to talk to their admin.
I’m not their client yet and my issue is not technical, so what more if you encounter technical problem.
I’m from Philippines, and I have limited way to sue them.
I hope this experience will help other to decide before entrusting their business with MochaHost.
