Excellent host. . .uptime, service and features are all tops.

Best for a normal website or board.

But not so good for dynamic web content.

You will get suspend many times and sometime it take 6 hrs to unlock.

No email to warning you when site has been suspended.

Setup fee $20 except you signup for 1 year contract!

Allow adult content.

Great general support.

Great Cpanel because it’s easy to maintenance by any root admin now a day.

You get all features that cpanel can do.

By the way, You can’t see the customer complain in their forums because they deleted all.

Example, server maldive HD crash and down for 1 day. They said only 5 customers lost their data. It didn’t true. I saw 5 customers complaint in their forum. And within that day the post was deleted.

Stay away from micfo group hosting company, especially their annual plan! I signed up with this company at the end of May 2005, during the short time hosted by them, my site experienced lots of down time! I asked to cancel my service, they gave me free offer of double disk space so I thought maybe I can use them longer to see if their service will get improved. But nothing changed, my site still had lots of down time and the mail server had problems from time to time too. I decided to cancel the service with them and moved my site to another hosting company, they told me that they don’t offer any refund after the first 30 days. I paid for Two years service in advance and only used their service for not even 3 months, now I have to cancel my account because of their unreliable service, but they don’t offer any refund. Their billing policy is simply unfair and only benefit on their own end! 30 days is not enough to test a hosting company. Don’t ever sign up with micfo for more than one month or take any extra offer from them, once you made the payment in advance, you will never get a penny back from them if you want to cancel the service after the first 30 days! I lost my money to buy a lesson, hopefully more people will learn from my awful hosting experience with micfo.

Micfo was reliable 1 year ago, but now my site is down CONSTANTLY and customers are leaving my business because of it. Micfo destroyed my e-mail system when copying my site to another server. (How can you damage anything when you’re only supposed to be making a COPY??) I’ve had to hire (read: PAY) a programmer twice to correct problems that they created and didn’t know how to fix. Twice when they’ve moved my site to a new server (with no prior notice given to me that would have enabled me to make a backup copy of my data immediately beforehand), they forgot to move the databases with it, so once my site was moved to the new server, it appeared without any information. This took hours for them to correct = MORE down time, more angry customers and more money wasted on advertising my business to people who would visit my site and see that nothing was working, because of Micfo. I’ve since moved on to another hosting provider to keep my business alive. BUYER BEWARE!
