wow !! i got support team on phone after 1 week. The staff was like not happy to help !! I said nobody replied my email , and the answer was :
” We don’t provide support for domain !! ” (applause)
Can you believe this ? No support for domain so
just ignore all the emails and close ticket !! Good policy!
Wait for me to call them..!!
The support team come to office once in a while just to close support ticket !

Slow process, not efficient, bad support. Support ticket was ignored.
Horrible support, bad uptimes, unprofessional invoices/receipts, and irresponsible actions.
