I have been trying to get a hold of the billing department for weeks because my years worth of service is up and they keep trying to bill me (luckily it's an old credit card) and they won't give me back my domain. They are costing me thousands of dollars. And I am looking to get a lawyer soon! Mediacatch is the worst hosting site ever.
