After signing up and giving my paypal information and being charged the next screen was blank. Not even a conformation that the account was being charged, or even if it went through. Then after a while I get an email with login information to access and control my site, so I thought at least. Most the time you cant even log in, and the worst part is that they gave me control over someone else's website. It's almost a month later and i still have someone else's site and don't even have control of mine yet. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not reliable enough for even a small business. I'll change my mind if they ever get reliable. They were down over 20% of the time during the 3 day period I measured. Customer service was responsive via their web interface but there is no way to reach them by phone.
