Tech Support has been great. They have taken care of my request within 24 hrs or less. Great packages for MS SQL 2000 users, lots of space.

Avoid them like the plague.

I set up a test account and placed one of my clients sites there which was running so slow on impact hosting for months and months we had to change. It loaded more than 10 times as fast. I went to their support forum and found few problems. So I signed up for a reseller account and the nightmares began.

The sites have been offline as much as they have been on.

They blame you for all their problems.

They are super slow to respond to support tickets. When they do they don’t have answers, they ask questions you usually answered when you first made the ticket just to buy more time. The ticket numbers are incremental so you can tell haw many they get with two trouble tickets. It was 187 today in just 4

hours……

Their e-mail servers are blacklisted regularly by spamcop so that your e-mails are spam canned by many many isp’s without ever getting to the intended receivers.

They delete the trouble threads in their support forum after outright lying and leaving proof about what caused the trouble in the first place. Example, saying IIS was down on a server for only 15 minutes when you can see with your own eyes the original trouble post was hours before they responded.

Many peoples sites are on / off / on / off all the time. E-mails are the same way.

The company does have fast servers / bandwidth when your site is actually up. Divide the time difference and you might be better off hosting from a dial up.

I give this company a triple FFF – 5 thumbs down. Dont let their price suck you in.

I signed up with JodoHost in June and have had a very good experiene with them. I’ve had very good uptime (baring one incident). Email has always been reliable and support has been very good as well. I get a response in 2 hours max to tickets with only some stretching to more than 6 hours. Their forums greatly enhance my experience.

I disagree with the negative reviews posted here. I’d strongly recommend them
