I was with him long time ago, I complained about some issues and he was horrible trying to help me! And on top of that he said “Look i’m not going to kiss your ass and call you sir” WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN? horrible! Stay away the guy thinks he’s too mighty to call a customer “sir”

excellent hosting company ive been with them for 1 year and will be renewing.
1) James Beckwith is associated with isphost, so don’t let them fool you.
2) I too had a very bad customer service experience where I was given a novel sized lecture via email. I had some difficulties (no reliable computer internet connection) I let them know because I wanted to renew, but they had no consideration for me, even after 6 years.
3) I knew I couldn’t be the only one.
4) Beware buyer. Try any other service.
