These guys are darn good. I wish I heard about them earlier. Good price, great service.
fast reliable service, nice, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable customer support. I never seen such great features and so many GB data transfer for such a low monthly fee. So far happy with them and uptime is 100% so far.
InMotion is amazing. The support team is so incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend them enough.
This is the first experience I have had that I was disappointed in the service I received from the support staff. Usually they are right there to fix the few problems we have experienced but this time I think they dropped the ball.
I have used the online live chat when things have come up, and the people are helpful and quick. The latest issue was an aggressive marketer that e-mailed me, saying that my domain name was in danger of lapsing. I thought my InMotion package covered that. The online service told me that I was correct, good for another year and then InMotion will remind me about re-registering. I wish there was a way to clip the wings of the marketer!
Customer service online did their job well. Was a little surprised by the sysadmins. They had to take the server my virtual server is on down, and had very little information that was passed backup the chain. I recontacted support, and they were under the impression all was resolved. Seems the sysadmin’s missed something!
Everything has been excellent from the beginning – from getting the website designed and launched, making changes, and everything in between. Customer service has been outstanding.
As a long time graphic designer who needed to start building sites for my clients, I researched several hosting services before making my choice. Even after reading several excellent reviews, InMotion has far exceeded my expectations. They are always quick to answer the phone with responsive and knowledgeable support staff who have helped me several times now whether it’s a simple question or an involved technical issue. Their CPanel interface gives me all the control I need to quickly and easily manage the sites, emails and databases for me and my clients. When I compare their service to GoDaddy’s overloaded, ad-infested, and redundant interface, there’s no question that I made the right choice. I couldn’t be more satisfied. Thank you InMotion!

I’m just getting started, but after investigating a number of potential web hosts, I settled on InMotion. So far they’ve been great; answered every question, and done so timely without a lot of technical babble. No complaints and competitive pricing as well.
I’m a new customer and getting a host for my website is a new experience to me. I picked InMotion for their excellent reviews and I’m very glad that this has been proven correct. Support person was polite and generally methodical, but interruptive and quick, then silent for long periods. The fix offered did not work. The website with fix information offered did not work. I finally adjusted the settings myself and got it working, but don’t know why. Not satistfied.
Moved our website from Network Solutions to Inmotion Hosting. Was a good business decision. Support is 100 times better than what we recieved before. Price is better. Website even loads much faster. Email service is much much better. What more is there to say. We are very happy so far with the move and the support given to us to make the transition as seamless as possible.
For the most part, I’m very happy with InMotion and the support team is always very nice and very helpful. I only have one main issue and that is with webmail. Frequently my mail will be blocked as spam and I do not send out spam. And now, Horde has quit working and has not been repaired – 24 hours later. My contacts are in Horde, and Roundcube only imports Vcard files and not CSV files. All of these issues take my time and energy to correct, which I don’t appreciate since it takes time away from running my business.
So far so good! keep up the good work, fully satisfied with the quick turnaround and friendly phone service!! Web site builder was up in minutes and within a couple of hours I had mine running! Looking forward to putting up the rest of the group’s web sites!

I received answers to the questions I emailed very promptly. The answers were accurate and detailed. I had also requested some services to be activated, which occured within the same time as the answers. I am very pleased with the services I recieved.

I have subscribed to InMotion Hosting for my business email service for nearly 2 years now. I have had absolutely no technical issues until this past Sunday. My email is my business, and obviously very important. I was initially concerned to see if InMotion Hosting would have “adequate” or even “any” support on a Sunday morning. I called Tech Support and they anwsered in-person immediately. There apparently was a technical problem outside of their service. They told me within 10 minutes that they have addressed the problem with the proper ownership groups and my email service would be back within 4 to 24 hours (24 hours is obviously too long for my business to be offline). My email service returned in about 2 hours from my notification to them. Thanks to Michael in TS, and thanks to InMotion Hosting for a very fast and efficient resolution.
I signed up for VPS hosting 3 days a go at 7 pm on Friday evening. I had decided finally to migrate my sites to another hosting co., after becoming disenchanted with the slow, incomplete, at times almost unintelligible, chat and email support I was receiving from my previous host.
I wanted to find a company that was not only highly regarded and recommended, but one that realized that support by chat and email only was less than adequate, especially if you are servicing customers. I wanted 24/7 phone support with a company that had impeccable credentials and 5 star customer recommendations.
By the next morning, on Saturday ay 11 am, I was in full operation, including 3 telephone support calls working out a few details and getting great support on some WordPress configuration issues.
Each time I called I received immediate professional phone support by Mike and his manager and I couldn’t have been more impressed with their commitment, knowledge, and overall support. Why did I wait so long?
Inmotion, you are all that I ever dreamed a hosting company could or should be and so much more.
No, I am not a stockholder, nor do I have any connections with Inmotion through relatives or friends. I just did my homework, took the time to ask a lot of questions on the phone before committing, I recognized quality and commitment to excellence, and I signed up, and now I am in hosting heaven!!!

As always when I call support my questions are answered with great answers and a wonderful attitude on the part of the person that is helping me.

Some of your techs need more experience while others lack experience on what accounts will provide what performance i.e. /images folder on Power accounts will only display 7,997 images (cPanel and FTP programs) and will probably only access that many; the server is sluggish with the number of titles and images we provide in our online store creating frustration for us and our customers. Our account holds 120,000+ images (images folder) and 202,000+ book titles. Therefore, the Power account is not for larger sites like ours. The billing department is great in providing some answers outside of their expertise and excellent in answering those within their field. Overall, compared to some other hosts I’ve used, InMotion Hosting is the best and do answer their phones.
Have had several connectivity / up-time issues over the past few months with my site, culminating this past week with the host unreachable for over 48 hours. While tech support is friendly, they offer no solutions. I’m porting our mail server to google apps and in the meantime will retain the hosting service but look for other options.

Honest speaking, I was very much satisfied with their live chat support till I ordered for Hosting service on 9th May, 2011. INMOTION clarified all my queries in simple and effective way. I hope to get same level of support from INMOTION at all times to come. Thanks.

I have always had a good experience with the customer support, when I needed help with something. I never had any problems with the hosting. Other then storms stopping the service it has been awe and some.

Having just barely set up an account, I was called within a minute of ordering to confirm my order. As i was reviewing the receipt just in case I missed something I realized that I had registered the wrong domain name. I asked the lady on the phone and she said that the tech help could change it. I created a ticket on their help desk explaining the problem and it was fixed within a day. They didn’t even charge me anything for dumping the wrong domain name or for the new one. I was at least expecting that i would have had to register a new one but was pleasantly surprised.
Out of the thousands of companies I have dealt with from numerous fields, InMotion is in the top 10 for customer support. The prices for the services they provide are either fair or good (usually good). My only complaint is a lack of true customization with their website builder (it’s a little too rigid for my taste), but perhaps I have not gone deep enough. Eh.
InMotion Support team ROCKS! They always response my email super fast and I don’t even bother to call the support hot-line. (Those guys and girls and type faster than I speak, no joke!) Email InMotion support and explain the problem with detail, and they will get that fixed ASAP. 5 BIG stars for outstanding support team!
Your support staff member responded very quickly to my inquiry and took measures to resolve the problem. I was very impressed at how smoothly this went.
InMotion Hosting was the first web hosting company I’d ever dealt with, & I’ve had such a positive experience. The customer service is great. The staff is helpful & friendly. The prices are also reasonable. Although I ended up closing my website, if I ever decide to put up another one, I’m definitely going with InMotion Hosting.

Very nice, reasonable price and 99.99999% up time…
While I have always spoken so greatly about the support team and the company, I have come with several instances where I was less then happy. First off, when I seek support from the 24/7 team, I get answers that not only make sense, but sound like they came straight of out of a computer book. If I am reaching out, I want the answers to make sense to me, someone who may not have a straight up knowledge of how their online servers work. Although police staff, they offer me no help. Web mail horde has been down for a long time and its been slowing our company down as roundcube is not the best solution to our email. I hope they offer their customers more help and support in the future.
What a fraud! They say that if 4-5 concurrent users means too much why display UNLIMITED. on top they hijacked my data by suspending my account and simply said that i have to shift to VPS.
In my honest opinion STAY AWAY – only thing they know is to suspend account by saying u r using too much resources
