Actually, they’re pretty good. In the year and a half I’ve been with them, they went down to change their servers. I didn’t know for a month till I contacted their site and asked, “Hey! Where’s my friggin domain”? That was the only problem I ever had. In short, not bad for the price.

My site is out of service 24 hours ago and even I do not have response. Before I have had problems, but not habian lasted so much time.

Very poor service-more than that, not poor, simply non-existent. No communication from them whatsoever. There are problems with the up-time consistently and for extended periods of time. My website has been unavailable for more than 3 days, and no notice from them. Worst of all, THEIR website is also unavailable. And there are no phone or email ways of contact.
BETTER GO WITH SOMEBODY ELSE.

I was a client of them for 6 years and they’re service had always been bad, but their prices where very reasonable. Now that they increased their prices and their services are worst than ever, I decided to transfer everything to goDaddy (which was a pain to deal with them) they ended up owing me $10.50 which they never paid. I suggest go with someone else like goDaddy instead
