They are really good and really cheap. The service is great and the people working there are nice.

Have been with Hostrocket for several years with only occasional problems of site offline, which were quickly fixed. Then they suddenly suspended my website with no exlaination or warning. They eventually said I was using too many resources, even though I have had essentially the same website for years. They would not let me reconfigure my website to use fewer resources. The only option they gave me was a plan that was four times the cost. Aso, my statistics page never did work right. Would not recommend them if you have a business that depends on a reliable web host.
