This host is pure crap. They claim downtime was “scheduled” but they never sent an email, or even posted a notice on their web page.
awful no service, hijack your domain, never answer, no phone number. I’ve been trying to move my domain for weeks and not getting answer. Bad horrible reviews all over the internet. With Host Once you really only host once and you will never want to do it again!!!!
Yes, they are crap. There are so many more to choose from, just find someone else.
I was lucky, I registered my domain elsewhere before going to host once for my hosting needs. So when I left I had no problem getting my domain name away from them.(since they where not the ones to reg. it) If you make the mistake of using there ‘free domain’ with purchase thing, you can kiss that domain name goodbye!
Just USE SOMEONE, ANYONE ELSE!
