Not only does my site go down too often, they continually have billing problems, and my email goes down about once a month, but after I finally got mad enough to complain to a manager, they “somehow” lost all email accounts for my largest domain.

I can’t believe how badly my experience ended up with this company. It was great when it started — great price, real friendly — but something has changed very terribly for the worst.

I have been a client with hostcentric for more than 9 years ( in the beginning they were called web2010) and I was very happy with their service before. I have had around 40 websites hosted with them. Since 4 months it is a nightmare, websites offline often, emails not working 30 % of the time etc. But after the last month it is even worse. They have managed to get 6 of my very large websites completely down for more than 4 days. Lost apparently around 350 email accounts for some of my largest clients. The tech support do not have a clue about what is happening. STrange errors to even simple things make you wish you could go there yourself and fix things up. SQL databases connections lost, bills disappear ( but are charged), statistics erased etc. etc. It is a nightmare. I am so unhappy. I really liked them as a hosting compnay, but at the moment I think they are trying to get rid of my customers for me…It is really serious, quite large interactive websites, you just feel like sitting down and cry. Since yesterday they got 4 of my largest websites down. And nothing is solved yet.. I can only advice : until they get their act together stay far away. And… I need webhosting company with windows hosting and SQL data bases . Can anyone recommend a reliable company?

Worst technical support I have ever encountered. Our clients’ site has been down for 4 days due a simple Datasource name problem that was created by HostCentric in the first place. The “technician” I spoke with did not even know what a “DSN” was. Emails and calls remain unanswered.

I do not have a problem with Host Centric. They have been a great host for me. I have had no problems at all. I have contacted support a few times and the staff members are always helpful and friendly. Host Centric gets THREE thumbs up from me..
