hagenhosting firewalls its technical support and sales lines to prevent its customers from actually being able to contact them when they need customer support.

I’ve had no problems with these guys for the 3+ years I’ve been with them. They have always responded to my customer support tickets quickly. I use their webmail as my only email nowadays, and have never had a problem with it. I have no reason to give them anything but a good rating. I notice the negative reviewer here pasted the same text in several review sites.
