On-Site support, they came and setup 2 dozen email accounts on our LAN.

Biggest complaint about this host: They perfer business users as their plans are aimed for non-teckies, like me.

comments: Great service, local Central Florida company. Easy to setup and my site was online in a day. They created their own webadmin to please customer requests for changes.
