They took my money and did nothing, would not answer phones, which makes them petty criminals. Based on what others say, probably worse. See what the BBB says and which states sued them.

DO NOT under any circumstances use GISOL or Global Internet Solutions. It is a TOTAL FRAUD. They charge whatever they like to your card! All their services are very poor anyway. They also register your domain in their name and will not let you use it when you complain!!! DO NOT USE!!!!!

Don’t take GISOL, I know what I am talking about, they have a very poor uptime and bad customer service. I am sure many heard the sentence “Seniour technicians are dealing with the issue and it should be back online in a couple of hours”… do some search in google and you will see.

GISOL/GLOBAT/GLOBAL I think that they are all the same company.

Before you give them a dime, search the internet for “GISOL sucks”, “GISOL worst”, “GISOL fraud” or any such combination. Then check out the California Better Business Bureau. Any positive reviews you see for this company are written by employees of the company in the hopes of raising their continually bad ratings everywhere.

I am actually happy with gisol. Got the fall blowout sale, unlimited bandwidth and 9GB space for $7 a month, with an extra free 6 months. Another great feature they have is, you can edit your own apache settings.

The only thing is, sometimes my site will be down for 5-10 minutes. usually happens once a week.

I joined and cancelled 2 days laater! They will not refund my $125. Pay Pal is useless when it comes to helping the buyer. I have reported gisol to the fraud and crime departments of feferal government against internet schemes.

I’ve only lasted this long with GISOL as it’s such a pain to move my site. Glitches, spikes and other excuses are given for almost weekly outages. Tickets are answered very slowly and curtly. Respect and courtesy for their customers is an unknown commodity to this company. They will shut you down, deny access to files and anything else they can think of to disrupt your website. Don’t waste your money, time and stress on this company!!!

I have been trying to work with them about my uptime problem they will fix it for like a day then down again specially during peak use dont waste your time find something better

I had a site hosted by GISOL. It took two days for them to set it up.. It stayed up for three days and then was out. Submitted several Trouble Tickets which went basically ignored. Called and was placed on hold for countless hours. Never did speak to anyone. They refund 18.00 out of 80.00 on thier 30 day money back guarantee… Basically a rip off !!! Shouldn’t be to hard to find a better company to handly your hosting needs.
