		<description>Frogee&#039;s prices are very good if you don&#039;t expect support or uptime you should be ok.  Support is via web only and done by some Indians.  Phone calls not returned, tickets closed incorrectly.  Now site has been down for 2 days and no one can get my ticket because the ticket server is the same that is down.  Inconsistent and deplorable.  Stay away!</description>

		<description>Their service is described as &quot;flaky&quot; at best.  They claim 24 hour live support, but their &quot;live chat&quot; has been UNavailable about 95% of the times I&#039;ve tried.  There&#039;s no phone support - it&#039;s like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone.  E-mails back and forth is how they deal with support.  Extremely cowardly!!!

I&#039;ve had inconsistent server behavior on a constant basis (e.g. FTP client works one day and doesn&#039;t the next, forcing me to use their cumbersome cPanel File Manager).

No warning or updates are ever sent for server outages - they let you find out for yourself...nice!  It&#039;s a Client/Supplier relationship at best - no partering here!!!  I&#039;ve since changed hosts to spare any further embarassment.</description>

		<description>On 01/31/02 Frogee lost an entire server&#039;s SQL databases. Did not provide support, will not answer phone calls, will not offer refund even for unused time. Frogee is TERRIBLE! They said they have backups, they do not. AVOID OR YOUR BUSINESS WILL SUFFER!</description>

Hosting company said they did backups, but then said that they only provided backups via the cPanel and that the customer was responsible. So much was lost and not a care in the world from them. Sadly they are going down a terrible service path. Suggest to find a reputable host, regardless of price.</description>
