their support is a phantom. they dont answer to emails, calls or anything. it seems they dont care if their customers cannot work! the emails have major problems as well as the web hosting. the back money quarrantee they advertise is not true! overall they suck.
I concur. Finesthost.com does not answer their customer support line, tech request emails, web support requests, or anything else. They can not filter out viruses or spam from emails. They often completely lose emails without explanation. They have unexplained downtime. Avoid at all costs!
I had the same experience with no answers to any support requests. In addition, it appears they did not keep my credit card information secure. I had an extra years’ charge show up for web hosting from a different name but phone number traceable to a Finest Host location.
I have hosted my site with them for a few years and have not had any problems. They have been very helpful. I have had allot of questions over the years and they are always very patient with me.
Recently i lost my web mail. so at this time i can not check my emails to see what is going on with my customers or to see what emails i have out there. I call and there is no answere, i try to email a support ticket and it won’t go thru. Does any one else have the same problem at this time? or is there a back door to go thru to get to them. I am very frustrated with finesthost at this time.
