The transition wasn't very smooth - email usernames changed without warning, and the system for purchasing and then applying credits for domain renewal confused the customer and they ended up renewing hosting rather than domain renewal. Occasionally, random problems would drop sites off the air without warning. On the plus side, their tech support was generally good. Also had trouble with Entryhost after they took over Bluebox. My site was moved without warning to Entryhost when they bought Bluebox. The new host never worked, and after over two weeks of downtime and excuses I had to rebuilt it on another host.
