Poor service and non-existant support dept. All they ever say is they will look into it ASAP or advise the admin and he will handle it.. a week later or more they say the same thing.

Horrible and terrible. Stay away… run away and don’t look back.

Probably the best help desk I’ve seen for awhile. 24/7 SUPPORT! Someone is ALWAYS there to help me and they are very quick and informative. Never had a problem with them.

I dislike this host because of one thing that has happened to me. They had a server attack and the servers have now been down for 7 days. I can have patience when its down for maybe a day and ok 2 and i would be fine, but they have been down for 7 days and its still running. They keep on tryin to change the severity of the situation and keep all of us on the same server. When I say all of us i mean about 10-20 other people are hosted on the same server. When we ask questions through their 24/7 live customer support they just give a blank and bland response. Instead of doing the simple thing and changing everyone over to a different server they just keep us on the same one and keep saying that the servers will be back up in no time. They offered no solutions and when they did they did not offer a way to ultilize it. They had no clue how to handle the situation and no clue how to handle the customers. They screwed up and they offer nothing in return. When they do offer to change us over to servers they dont tell us how to go about asking for it. When I did ask for it on their helpdesk ticket line they just screwed us over even more and kept asking if I wanted to change. In short if i could i would rate this group a “0″ and say that anyone who is smarter than a sack of bricks should quickly change over to another host.

I am a web developer with several client domains to manage. I had started using ehost a few years ago to add PHP services at a reasonable cost. This past month I have lost 9 business days in downtime to a server attack. ehost was very slow to reply and after numerous attempts and false starts returned service. I had lost service several times since, but not with the same longevity. I have received no response to numerous e-mails to sales and management.

I have had to change services in search of better service.

I’ve been with ehostpros for over 2 years now and in that period i have had very few problems with their service. The few problems i did have were resolved within a week, which i think is pretty satisfactory given the number of customers they have to deal with

They have good systems, but in the technical support department if they cannot fix up your case, they just beguin to waste your time. In some cases they just won’t finx a problem at all.

Good services, 24 hours tech support, but sometimes poor client troubleshooting.

Discovered my domain was spam blacklisted recently. Why? Because ehostpros (bless them) hadn’t heard of server security procedures, and had allowed their server to be hacked into and used to send out mass junk mail. After weeks of complaining, what had they done about it? Nothing. They refused to reply to emails, forum posts etc, and so I had to move hosting company just to release my own website from spam blacklists. Oh, and to boot – their allowing junk mail to be sent resulted in all users of that server to be inundated with mail delivery failed reports – several hundred a day. Avoid, please.

Support does not exist. Most times they do not respond to tickets for support, and if they do, it is only to tell you they will check into it.

Not even a star I am giving. Worse of all really. I’ve been working with them for 6 years now. Last 2 years were really a nightmare. I’ve so much sites deployed with them so I can’t move to another server right away. I am currently in migration process. But still sometimes I have to contact them every other week ( sometimes every other day) for weird problems like blank pages and permission problems. They will never make an explanation. They’re just espacing from explaning things. Yes they fix the problem and another day I receive a call from my client that their site is unreachable. This is the cycle for two years. Very stupid. Please stay away from this company. You can find other cheap hosting companies at least things will not get broken by themselves.

Been using them since 2003, few minor hickups but all in all very good support and service. control panel is very easy to use. Their uptime is superb, live support is always there to help. A great provider.
