Within 6 weeks, the site was down 3 times and on the last time, it was down for three days. Their response was, “you can reload all of you pages now…”.

And they call that good service?!?!

They have changed upstream providers at will at least twice since I have been with them, but by far the most annoying aspect is horrible support.

There is no way to contact except helpdesk msgs which take 7-14 days to get a response (even though front page says under 24hours)

E-mail server is down at least once a month – meaning that it is unreachable. On top of that, e-mails are routinely delivered a few days late, or just simply disappear without a trace.

To say that their support is unhelpful – is to say nothing. They usually have two approaches of dealing with request tickets: either posting a rude reply claiming customer’s ignorance and blaiming all problems on some unknown entity, or just quietly deleting open tickets. Yet lately they adopted a new approach – simply ignoring all requests.

These guys have horrible support. They start by using the elitist geek attitude and when that doesn’t work they just insult you. When you call the number listed in their whois application you get a message not to call the number. No phone contact at all no matter how pressing the issue. Someone hacked one of their servers so they booted me off. My site was doing 300 megs a month with some photos and trivila onformation. They wouldn’t accept that the site may have been hacked. I was blamed as some maniac that wanted to kill their server after having been a customer for 2 years. I didn’t mind the no service stance until I needed them. Now they won’t consider refunding my unused server time, they just site the “no warranties expressed or implied” What a bunch of jerks.

I had 2 domains with edatarack. Constant problems – unrecoverable disk failure, Plesk corruption, etc. Most significant – my real uptime was less than 95% and they would NOT address the issue – only rude responses and excuses. Incompetent, dishonest, horrible uptime, even worse service. Avoid!!!!

What can I say but only one word, PHENOMENAL! Budget hosting definitely does not get any better than this. Great support and service combined with reliable hosting gets 5 STARS from me and also a customer for life!

When I first started with them they were great for the first six months, no noticeable downtime, reliable webmail – and then it all went downhill. Regular downtime, rude support staff, not to mention losing all my data (even after paying for their extra backup service). I recommend looking just about anywhere else…
