At first everything worked just fine but that was before I started using my MS SQL Server database. I don't know if it's a coincidence or not but once I started using my database the site started having problems. The first problem I had was a weird caching issue where my uploaded FTP files would not show up when I access it via my web client. In other words, I'd upload a file that says "HI THERE" and when I load up the page in my browser it doesn't say "HI THERE" like it's supposed to. Note: I know this was not a caching issue on my end. This is an overly simplified example. Second problem I had was with a directory that could not be deleted. They tried to claim the problem was on my end but I know it wasn't. Finally, the last straw is that for the last 30 minutes my website has been down. It's friday at 6:30pm PST right now so there's no one at easycgi to look into my problem. I'll have to wait till next MONDAY in order to talk to someone. Customer service was mediocre. They weren't rude but they weren't very polite either. They took my # down once to contact me if they fixed one of the problems I was having. They enver called. Bottom line - if you need a reliable host, do NOT go with easycgi.
