I’ve experienced nothing by headaches with this provider. They are terse, unreliable, and dishonest. Fortunately they have many worthy competitors. Your money and time are better spent with another hosting company.
The support is NOT GOOD AT ALL, if they have different departments they DO NOT COMMUNICATE VERY WELL. I asked for a cancellation and I got the charge even when I DIDN’T WANT IT. They do not listen to their customer comments. I DONT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE
