Their resopnse time is the worst, they show they have live chat support but it shows the same message "Right now not available try later" You open the Ticket with them and they don't solve for it for days together. Very Slow and and BAD support team.

Slow and poor support, I used them for six months and found them to have bad attitudes and overloaded servers, my pages crawled have the day. When asked if they could fix the issues I was told we reboot the servers when they slow down! Do yourself a favor and get a real host!

When I originally switched to this host, I was quite pleased. There was periodic downtime, which seems to be the case with any shared Jave environment, so I can't really complain about that. Initially, tech support and customer service were very responsive. However, in the last 6 months or so, response time has slowed considerably, and I have had several tickets simply closed without any response. The experience has been frustrating enough that I've simply found a new host, and converted my site to run PHP instead of JSP.
