Very Slow and and BAD support team. When asked if they could fix the issues I was told we reboot the servers when they slow down! Do yourself a favor and get a real host! There was periodic downtime, which seems to be the case with any shared Jave environment, so I can't really complain about that. Initially, tech support and customer service were very responsive. However, in the last 6 months or so, response time has slowed considerably, and I have had several tickets simply closed without any response. The experience has been frustrating enough that I've simply found a new host, and converted my site to run PHP instead of JSP. When I originally switched to this host, I was quite pleased.
