I rarely have to contact their support team because all the services are running like they promised. I didn't want the cheapest price, I wanted a reliable host that wouldn't give me headaches and BP6.Net delivered that. I strongly encourage any others out there looking for a host to at least consider BP6.Net because they are serious about their work and they are a great bunch of people to work with.
