Liars. They are not in the US. Tech support sucks. Do not tell them you are leaving they cancel account even though you have paid in advance and your have weeks/months remaining on your plan. They also have this loophole clause to try and trick you into a minimum two month contract. Total crooks here!
After signing up with bounceweb I immediately had billing troubles as the company double billed me. Although bounceweb acknowledged the problem it was NEVER fixed and NO REFUND was ever given. Even after requesting the service be terminated bounceweb continued billing me and did not close my account. Several technical issues were also handled poorly as the person that responded to my email was both extremely slow and completely useless. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!
