It’s sad to say that as slow as apollo is with customer service, it’s probably better than alot of other web hosting providers. This industry needs to shape up. I’m content I suppose. At least the have a 24/7 chat tech support. Can’t get my Microsoft outlook to work and they will not help me. I just use their “html” e-mail which is something like hotmail. Wished it was faster like aol. I’ll keep you updated for more findings.
Great, cheap service. The customer support is outstanding, the best I’ve seen. They are very cheap also and with no quality compromise in all.
