I have been a customer with America hosting.net for about 2 years.
I have found that the hosting is reliable and the performance is good…
However, I have had not been able to get any responses to my service and billing requests. I finally decided to switch to another company. Unfortunately, they will not respond to my cancellation requests.
The are fine as long as you never need service. They don’t respond to service tickets. I decided to change to a different host because it’s not acceptable to wait weeks for a ticket to be answered. Now, I am getting no cooperation from them in getting the DNS changed! Save yourself a lot of trouble and stay away from America Hosting!!!
