I’ve been a customer since 2006. Outage earlier this year, no response from tech support. Now I’ve been down again for the past 2 days, again no response. Stay far far away.
I just renewed my site. Now it’s been down for weeks. Can’t contact support. No notification from AFMU as to what is happening. Losing business, and need to speak with someone weeks ago. Just filed a complaint with BBB.
Has NO ONE received a reply from AFMU. Even C-Panel, their mail hosting client did not know.

This is the worst customer service from any company I have ever seen. My website was down most of December and tried MANY times to contact support. NOTHING. No answers, no explanations, no response. I am trying to move my domain, but can’t even get them to do that. TERRIBLE!!!!!

My website has been down since 11/6/11, and no reply from help desk. No answer at sales desk either. Are they still in business?
