I signed up and prepaid a year (approx. $100). They never sent the welcome e-mail, so I couldn’t get started with anything. The 800 number they advertise on the site is disconnected. The e-mail address autoreturns your e-mail and says to use the web ticketing system. I opened 4 tickets over a week with no response. Finally I cancelled. The only thing they did will is bill me. They took my payment in under 5 min. I took over 2 weeks to get it back. BTW – I did finally get the welcome e-mail. 2 weeks after signing up. This may be a great service… but who wants to wait so long.
