Very accommodating, up-front and very reasonable prices. Maybe the speed is better in England by 40KB/s down just ain’t going to cut it here in the US. If not for this I’d be ready to marry them.

Excellent Service. Their customer support is excellent and the server is fast so far. Billing sofware gives computer generated info to inform you as a precaution which is better than not informing you at all. My server got compromised which is probably due to the email I opened or it could be due to old webserver installed which all the hosting companies including the expensive ones dont update on a regular basis. Overall I give this company a 5 out of 5 stars. I am paying only $24.99 for a virtual server old plan. This includes 1 gig harddrive and 50gig bandwidth and root access.

Hello all,

I recently went about purchasing one of the annual XHP plans from Adiungo.com.

The Initial transaction and first day service was good.

But on the second day i realized that i had problems with the now legacy distribution Fedora Core 2.

I contacted Adiungo about a refund under their “30 day money back gunarentee”. Adiungo seemed rather hesitant the give back my money and tried to offer me other services. After a few more email’s they said they would refund my money. They canceled my service and sent me an email saying my money was to be refunded.

3 days later i checked my account and noticed the funds where still on hold, adiungo hadn’t even taken the money out of my account yet. So I rang the bank and asked them to cancel the transaction. The bank told me they couldn’t do that but if the 3rd party had canceled the transaction the money on hold would fall back into my account after 8 days.

So the next day i was checking my account again and I noticed the money on hold was gone.

I contacted the bank, the bank told me the money was taken by the adiungo merchant.

I emailed adiungo support and they told me, that they had refunded my account. So I emailed them back and told them they hadn’t. They told me it would take up to 30 days for the money to show up in my account…

Anyway long story short, for the next week and a half I’ve been contacting support/sales and live support about providing me with a receipt proving they have initiated a refund to my account.

Firstly live support said they would email me a receipt from their merchant proving a refund was on the way, never happened. The following days I was getting rather fed up with being flogged off by sales/support so I asked live support to forward my information to the manager. Live support said they would and a manager would contact me in “7/8 hour”, this never happened.

Next couple of days I was hasseling live support to give me a reason why they wouldn’t supply me with a receipt from the merchant proving they had initiated a refund… Suddenly they where saying they couldn’t help me, contact sales/support.

I emailed support for the 15th time asking them to give me a receipt from their merchant proving a refund was on its way and for a reson why they repeatively refused to supply me with one. All I got was the same reply “your money will show up on your statement in 30 days”.

I then went about contacting sales some more, they told me the reason I couldn’t access the receipt was because my account was canceled and the receipt would of shown up on my cpanel if i still had a service(and consecutively a cpanel).

I replied to sales asking them to forward me that receipt, I never got a reply or a receipt.

I’ve now emailed both support and sales asking for them to give me their managers phone number so i could contact him directly. No response from either anymore….

One and half weeks later I’m without $320.04 US Dollars and a service.

I’m going to contact my bank and place a fraud claim tomorrow.

That being said, i hope this post deters people from going with this horrible company.

I dumped Adiungo. Worst hosting service ever. Not only could they not keep my VPS up, their support was horrible. My sites would be down for days at a time. Then they shut off my account, claiming that I had “violated their terms of service,” which they later explained that my violation was that my server kept going down. Doesn’t make much sense. Plus, they recently moved their support center to Switzerland, so all of the support tickets came back in broken English, and they never understood what I was saying.

I am in the same situation as asciiwhite.

Exactly the same responce from sales department /soupport.

I’m also in the prosess of reporting the fraud. All people looking for a VPS: find another one. Adiungo really sucks

I just want to warn you about the hosting company adiungo.com. It’s a waste of money and time. It seems to me that their servers are overloaded. Loading time is anywhere from superslow to superfast, most of the time superslow though. Every other week there is a problem with EMail service, mysql service etc. etc.

LEAVE YOUR HANDS FROM ADIUNGO. Pay three times more for a quality host instead of wasting time and energy on this supercrappy hosting company. Other companies connected to adiungo.com with the same support and servers in the same place:

I wouldn’t chose any of these companies (well, it’s just one in fact), even if I’d get paid money for hosting my sites there. It’s just not worth the trouble!!!

And: DON’T BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS, because I’m sure the guy (the whole company is a one man show I suppose) writes them by himself….
